Women Can Now Vote in Saudi Arabia ... in 2015.

According to a story on Huffington Post, by Abdullah Al-Shihri and Hamza Hendawi, published on September 25, 2011, Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah has issued a decree allowing, for the first time, that women be allowed to vote and run in local elections.  This is somewhat of a muted victory for women, however, considering that women will not be allowed to vote until the 2015 elections, and there will be elections before then in which women will not be allowed to be participants.
